Because dentistry is a personal, made-for-you service, this policy explains what can and cannot be refunded, and how we stand behind our work. نريد أن تكون كل خطوة في عيادة ELVÉA («إلڤيا»، «نحن») واضحة وعادلة — بما في ذلك طريقة الدفع والعربون والاسترداد. ولأن طب الأسنان خدمة شخصية ومصمّمة خصيصًا لك، توضّح هذه السياسة ما الذي يمكن استرداده وما الذي لا يمكن، وكيف نقف خلف عملنا.

This policy applies to consultation fees, booking deposits, and payments for treatment at ELVÉA. It explains how each is handled if you change your mind, cancel, or are unable to continue. تنطبق هذه السياسة على رسوم الاستشارة وعربون الحجز ومدفوعات العلاج في ELVÉA. وهي توضّح كيف يتم التعامل مع كلٍّ منها إذا غيّرت رأيك أو ألغيت أو لم تتمكّن من المتابعة.
Consultation Feesرسوم الاستشارة
A consultation is a professional assessment of your case by the dentist. Where a consultation fee applies, it covers that time and expertise and is non-refundable once the consultation has taken place. الاستشارة هي تقييم متخصّص لحالتك من قِبل الطبيب. وحيثما تُطبَّق رسوم استشارة، فهي تغطّي ذلك الوقت والخبرة، وغير قابلة للاسترداد بعد إتمام الاستشارة.
Booking Depositsعربون الحجز
A deposit may be required to reserve your appointment or to begin planning your treatment, and it is normally applied to your final cost. If you cancel or reschedule with reasonable notice, we’ll do our best to apply or refund it; a deposit may be kept where it covers time or work already set aside for you. قد يُطلب عربون لحجز موعدك أو لبدء التخطيط لعلاجك، ويُحتسب عادةً ضمن التكلفة النهائية. وإذا ألغيت أو أجّلت بإشعار معقول، فسنبذل قصارى جهدنا لاحتسابه أو ردّه؛ وقد يُحتجز العربون عندما يغطّي وقتًا أو عملًا تم تخصيصه لك بالفعل.
Treatment Already Providedالعلاج الذي تم تقديمه
Payment for treatment that has already been carried out is non-refundable, as the service has been delivered. If you have paid in advance for treatment that has not yet started, we can refund the unused part, after deducting any costs already incurred on your behalf. المبالغ المدفوعة مقابل علاج تم تنفيذه بالفعل غير قابلة للاسترداد، لأن الخدمة قد قُدِّمت. وإذا كنت قد دفعت مقدمًا مقابل علاج لم يبدأ بعد، فيمكننا ردّ الجزء غير المستخدَم، بعد خصم أي تكاليف تم تحمّلها بالنيابة عنك.
Custom & Lab-Made Itemsالقطع المصنوعة خصيصًا والمعملية
Items made specifically for you — such as veneers, crowns, bridges, and clear aligners — are custom-produced and cannot be reused by anyone else. Once their design or lab production has begun, their cost is non-refundable. القطع المصنوعة خصيصًا لك — مثل الفينير والتيجان والجسور وتقويم الأسنان الشفاف — تُصنَع حسب حالتك ولا يمكن لأي شخص آخر استخدامها. وبمجرد بدء تصميمها أو تصنيعها في المعمل، تصبح تكلفتها غير قابلة للاسترداد.

If there is a genuine issue with the quality of our work, tell us — we’ll assess it and, where clinically appropriate, adjust, repair, or redo it within a reasonable period. This is how we protect your trust and your smile. نهتمّ بنتيجتك أكثر من اهتمامنا بأي استرداد. فإذا كانت هناك مشكلة حقيقية في جودة عملنا، أخبرنا — سنقيّمها، وحيثما كان ذلك مناسبًا إكلينيكيًا، سنعدّلها أو نصلحها أو نعيدها خلال فترة معقولة. هكذا نحمي ثقتك وابتسامتك.
